A memorial service for Elizabeth “Lynn” Maucieri, 63, of Canton, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at Eubank Funeral Home. Lynn passed away Oct. 21, 2021, in Canton. She was born Aug. 26, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois.

While her husband, Dan, served in the military, Lynn found her place in life by volunteering with various community service organizations and mentoring military spouses. She loved and devoted herself to her family and the many friends she made throughout her lifetime. She loved having her coffee in her yard that Dan lovingly filled with flower beds and beautiful trees keeping things just as she liked them for her to enjoy. She made small occasions into special events, showered her grandchildren with gifts and made time for everyone. She was abundantly generous to all. Lynn spent most of her free time talking to those she loved and made sure to contact all her daughters daily. As her family grew, they found themselves living far apart at times, but she made sure to keep everyone connected with daily conversations, her favorite topic was checking in on what everyone was making for dinner. Lynn ensured her home was a welcoming place, the heart of her family where people will gather for years to come, remembering her and creating more memories. Lynn is survived by her husband of over 33 years, Dan Maucieri of Canton; five daughters, Kristin Bennett of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Danyel Todd of Gloucester Point, Virginia, Nicole Dean of Rowlett, Stephanie McGinnis of Brownsboro and Laura Maucieri of Canton and 10 grandchildren.
